Booking

The booking is definitive after the payment of 20% of the total amount of the proposal.

The detailed itinerary can be precised.

Depending of the kind of location / vehicule, the price will be calculated per day, or depending on the distances and kilometre.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellation more than 3 months before departure : the whole prepayement is reimbursed.
  • Cancellation between 3 months and 21 days before departure : reimbursement of 50% of the prepayment
  • Cancellation less than 21 days before departure : no reimbursement.
  • Diminishing the number of days is equivalent to a partial cancellation, and the same rules apply

 

Services included

  • Except if mentionned otherwise, illimited kilometres
  • Insurances (see details under)
  • Fuel
  • Oil, maintenance
  • Salary and costs of the driver
  • Replacement of the vehicule in half a day maximum in case of accident or breakdown
  • Local taxes

 

Rental duration

Except for the transfers, the rentals are invoiced for a full day, from 0h to 24h. A prorata temporis rebate on partial days is not possible.

 

Desert Evasion commitments

  • to provide a vehicule in good state, in conformity with the offer
  • to provide a professional and experienced driver. Our drivers speak french, english, german and spanish. If you wish that your driver speaks another language than english, please tell us in advance.
  • a contact avaiilable 24 hours a day per phone, for emergencies.

 

Insurances

  • Insurances included in our prices are :
  • Civil liability
  • Passengers, theft of the vehicule and fire.
  • Our insurances do not cover :
    • the theft of personnal belongings left in the vehicule without watch
    • the vehicule, passengers and driver are not insured when it is driven by somebody else than the driver from Desert Evasion.
